A 2-day intensive training course designed for qualified Mat or Reformer instructors looking to expand their skill set and learn the Restart teaching style.

PRIORITY TEACHING ROLES
Completing the course does not guarantee employment. However, priority for upcoming teaching roles will be given to instructors trained through Restart. Two new Power Reformer studios are opening in the coming months.

THE RESTART METHOD
Traditional foundation, contemporary execution. Small cohorts, real mentorship.
- 2-day intensive — 1pm–8pm each day (incl. 1-hour lunch break)
- PPSA-accredited Level 3 Power Reformer Instructor Certificate
- Learn the Restart teaching style from qualified instructors
- 1 week free unlimited studio access to practise
- Guaranteed teach-back opportunity with the Restart team
Sep 5 – 6: 2-day intensive Power Reformer instructor training (1:00pm–8:00pm).
Certificate: PPSA-accredited Level 3 Power Reformer Instructor Certificate.
+ 2 free class credits throughout September after passing the exam.
